This is how it's done. If you recover your account and it has JAG on it, send this same template to JAG@jagex.com and they will remove JAG. For your standard recovery, send it to accounthelp@jagex.com. Any questions, post here and I'll try and help you out. If you don't have a question, don't post.
 
 
 
They got rid of that thread. You have to email accounthelp@jagex.com and fill out the template they post on the forums.
 
• The name of the account.
 
• Your reason for contacting us.
 
• When you last successfully logged into the game with that account (please be specific if you can, giving a precise date if possible)
 
• Where the account was created? (include the country)
 
• When the account was created? (please be as specific as possible, ideally providing month and year)
 
• The name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) you used when you created the account? We need the name of the company who provide your internet services, not the name of your web browser
 
• The ISP that you are using now?
 
• The last time you changed your password?
 
• If you have ever given us your address please provide it, remember to include Zip Code/Post Code
 
• If you have JAG enabled on your account, please give us the answers to your questions
 
• Answer 1
 
• Answer 2
 
• Answer 3
 
• Answer 4
 
• Answer 5
 
• If you have have recoveries, please provide us with any of your answers.
 
• Any Billing details you have that help prove who you are – good examples are the names of credit card holders or transaction ID’s
 
• Your IP address - if you don’t know it, type “IP Address” into Google and your address will appear above the results smile.gif
 
• The new email you would like registered to your account.
