Quest campers, dying, re-grinding

All I have right now is the apple headphones, @Horkis I tried your suggestion and it hasn't worked unless I'm doing it wrong :\

Hey guys, I am using the standard Apple headphones that come with the iPhone to use as my mic but I am having issues and am hoping someone can help. I have a laptop I use to play that has both a mic plug in, and a headphone plugin. However, when I try to use teamspeak and talk, the mic picks up my laptop fan, keyboard strokes, and mouse clicks. I am trying to find a way to fix this but have been unsuccessful, so if any of you know how to fix this, please leave a comment below. Thanks
