Gnomes are about 600 xp per, whereas knights are about 1k xp per. I personally don't train at experiments either, but I have in the past. Good luck man!

I have trained at white knights in fally, it is quite safe now with the xp loss if you skull in safe zones. I've also done terror birds as well as gnomes. I'm currently sticking to the gnomes because it is really safe and relatively quick xp. You could always try experiments, as it is great xp, but it is not safe whatsoever.

I enjoy the gains that can be made in such a short amount of time. I was able to lvl from 82-94 mage in less than a 24 hour window, it was quite nice!

It would be fun to get a group and go, I agree! Plus those prayer gains would be great!

Hello guys, So I've completed my short term goals of making money for hp insurance, doing MM in order to use the D scim, as well getting att/str/def to 70/70/70. I know I am going to need to supplement my 94 mage with barrage with another combat style, so I chose melee. Now I'm working towards 99 str and wanted to know if anybody else had any recommendations? -I use D scim, glory, combat brace, obby shield, dragon boots for the str bonuses. I train on gnomes in the stronghold, does anybody have any better ideas/ways or do I just grind it out from here on? Thanks

Gnomes in the stronghold are pretty good experience, safe as can be. Experiments are great experience and it's possible to train there for a while without being messed with, however it is not safe at all. Depending on what you are training you may want to try fire giants. As long as you can tank to the 1x1 you will be fine!

Sorry to hear the loss man, There is no telling what was in those keys, but I know the feeling of getting killed by a dbow.. I was alching in the bank with 1.6m worth of fire runes, got suicided and lost it all in that one special attack... I was ofc a lower lvl at the time, but boy was I saallltttyyyyy! Yeah, I just recently bought insurance so I feel a little better about the hp's not dropping like crazy. However, I feel like it should almost be a given that hp shouldn't drop regardless.
