Updated Workout Pic

I have been working really hard over the past few months. I had a knee injury three years ago after I got 2 thirds at the JKA U.S. Nationals in Kumite. I have been working really hard to get back into shape and work through my injury and it is finally paying off. I weigh 155 and my 6-pack is clearing up. My goal is to get back into competition shape so that I can compete in the 2015 Nationals.
