It all depends on the time you go, there is usually some rangers down there using safe spots but not too many melees. It really depends om the time you train at, sometimes it was full, other times i was alone.

North west of ardy is dungeon that needs 46 thieving to get in. There is about 7 orgers down there to kill that aggro on you so you can pretty much afk it. I got 40-85 range there and saw no pkers and it is also really close to ardy if you do get attacked
