Is it still worth painting rune full helms and kites? I haven't noticed it in patch notes yet.

Something you need to be aware of is when planning to use the mith grapple as an escape, It is possible to brew your stats down too low and you will just stand there failing to grapple while you get pk'd. Plan first, die later.
