Even as just an intro, I do agree that the open CC is a huge problem. Perhaps make a closed CC for members only, and intros need to be recognizable (and thus active in TS, forums), or else they'll be killed just the same as anyone else. After all, as an intro you have no expectation to be 'in' the clan, or be a full fledged member and the protections one would expect as one.
