    It's instanced until you complete the quest, then it isn't instance. Hahaha.. if you read my post/actually did the quest you would see that It's instanced during the quest. I'm talking about the dungeon that you unlock after you complete the quest.

    Yeah I recommend it. Fast and easy experience. There are a ton of pkers around that area lately though (most don't have the quest done as they used the instance during the quest as an escape then forgot about it when it got patched) so just be careful on trips to the bank. If you have rune armor/safe spot you won't use any food honestly., so I just bring an inv of sharks/brews in case a pker comes. Yet to this day never seen a pker down there. If you're an AC member be sure to friendly to other AC members training down there

    It's not multi, and I'm talking about the dungeon that is unlocked after you complete the quest, which is not instanced. XP is great.

    Not during the quest, but in the dungeon that it unlocks after the quest yes Yes, they just won't let you go in if you haven't completed the quest and you're skulled.

    I made a thread about this recently, but check out Tolna's Rift. It's unlocked after doing the short quest A Soul's Bane. It's not guarded but I have yet to see anyone down there. There are level 43-71 monsters with high HP and low defense.

    One of my favorite training spots is east of varrock. It's a dungeon that is unlocked after doing the quest A Souls Bane, called Tolna's Rift. This is not a super secret training spot, but I have yet to see anyone down there. There are level 43-71 monsters, good for melee training and there are also safe spots. Enjoy!

    If you do the quest a Soul's bane it opens up a really nice training area. No one ever goes down there, haven't ran into anyone. Unfortunately the monsters don't have any drops. But there are monsters level 43-71 there and they are safe-spottable
