Ill be protecting range and HP until i get 75 HP for the insurance, after that ill be swapping over and protecting Range + Mage

I've currently got a second account at the GE with a nice bank building through skills, currently sat on 66 herblore, 51 craft and 53 smithing.. Would fletching be worth training or would it be better for me to just put my cash stack into herblore to get to stams/brews?
